Prime Media Group Ltd provides software platform access and technology services.

Fees paid for access to the platform or related services cover the provision of software infrastructure, platform configuration, and technical services.

Once access to the platform or services has been provisioned, payments are generally non-refundable, as the service is considered delivered when access is granted.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments.
Billing errors.
Failure to provision the agreed service.

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
Prime Media Group Ltd reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
