Prime Media Group Ltd provides software platform technology and middleware services that enable operators and content providers to manage and deliver their own digital media services.

Our services may include:

  • OTT middleware software

  • platform management tools

  • application integration

  • user management systems

  • subscription and platform access tools

  • technical support and system maintenance
     

Prime Media Group Ltd does not own, license, broadcast, or distribute television channels or media content.

Content made available through platforms built using our technology is provided solely by the operator or content provider using the platform.

All software, systems, and technology â€‹provided by Prime Media Group Ltd remain the intellectual property of Prime Media Group Ltd. 
These Terms grant customers a limited license to use the platform but do not transfer ownership of the software.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers and operators using our platform agree that they:

  • hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content they distribute

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • are solely responsible for the content made available to end users
     

Prime Media Group Ltd is not responsible for verifying or managing content rights.

 

4. Platform Access:

Access to the platform is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of the subscription period.

Users agree not to:

  • reverse engineer the software

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system

  • interfere with the operation of the platform
     

5. Payments:

Access to certain services may require payment of subscription or service fees.

Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers.

Customers agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their subscription or service plan.

 

6. Service Availability:

While we aim to provide continuous service availability, Prime Media Group Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Media Group Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • loss of revenue or profits

  • business interruption

  • loss of data

  • damages arising from content distributed by platform operators
     

8. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or if services are used for unlawful activities.

 

9. Data Protection:

Prime Media Group Ltd processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
